DayZ Launcher not working
I download the game, verify the integrity of the files and I start the game.
Says its starting and then simply stops, I went to the game folder and tried the game itself, worked, but the launcher didnt.
I have looked on the internet and youtube for what could be the problem, but found nothing for launcher not responding.
I really want to play, does anyone know what could be the problem?

have you tried booting in admin mode, had the exact same issue, i went and booted in admin mode and have had no issues what so ever, ever since then i went to properties, compatibility and then selected boot in administrative mode

also if its just dayz launcher could try DZSA launcher

yes, I tried that already.
I want to play in offline mode, for that I need to acess the launcher to set the parameters to allow the acess to the mission folder.
I have tried to use the DZSA launcher but I cant find nothing there

you dont need to access the launcher to set the parameters?

when you open the launcher and go to parameters theres a box you can enable to allow acess to the mission folder.
then when you open the game and go to lan, there apears a "server" for offline use.
thats why I need the launcher

I didnt have to do that and i set up and run a pve server from my system

DayZ does not have an "offline mode" without the use of a specific Mod that is not in the Workshop.

If you want to play solo single player on your own PC, you need to install the DayZ Server app from the Steam Library under "tools" .. once installed, you need to edit the provided ServerDZ.cfg file, and create a Start.bat file .. I recommend NotePad++ as a good text editor for creating and editing these files.

If you need a Tutorial, search Scalespeeder Gaming on Youtube .. he has a lot of different tutorials on all aspects of private server setup, and even provides some sample files in the links on his videos.
