Skyfall servers
cant join any servers. everytime i join a server it takes me to a SKYFALL server. i checked and i have no mods installed and even reinstalled the game. is it just broken?

There is a discussion about another server ( Battegroundz ) same problem, people join a new server and they got drop on the same

Search the discussion in the lastest one added this days !

Skyfall, Dayzed and BGZ were all running a total of about 9000 fake servers, their mods were part of that and does anyone here think it's right that well run community servers suffer because a few people decide to monopolise the server list?

With the fakes filtered out there are only about 600 servers and only handful with players, when they go and these fake servers are all that's left, Dayz will be finished.

Yeah, I fell foul of this too!
First time playing, I picked the first interesting looking server in the list and then I was stuck in a loop after that. Every server I clicked on, I ended up back in the same server, over and over. The server list is FULL of these "traps".

Lesson learned, I removed ALL mods from my game and then went looking on Google for recommended servers to play on and then directly connected to them. If I like them, I add to favourites. I simply don't trust the server browser. It's brimming with these trap redirect servers with false player counts.

I've only been playing for a week......

the game mode doesnt suck, but damn it feels SCAMMY. I can change between battleground z and skyfall servers, but thats all i can play.

please ban these mods that hijack the server browser.
