can't repair hunting vest ? bug ?

i have a full life duct tape and a "very damaged" hunting vest , the orange icone appear when i drag click, but the duct tape keep getting inside the vest , didn't try a sewing kit yet , any idea ?

Leather kit for vests. It will also fix plate carriers or you may also use epoxy on a plate carrier

You have to use a leather sewing kit same with any vest

u need a sewing kit for the huntingvest. the leather sewing kit doesnt work on that vest.
