hack
I was hacked I was without a PC I spent some time without Steam when I came back someone was playing Dayz with a hack I got a ban vac through no fault of my own...

Contact Battleye and explain your situation to them. They will probably direct you to ask for proof from Steam that the account wasn't in your control at the time. Then they might lift your ban. Or not.
