Ahh .. in game, press ESC key, and then click Options in the lower right of the screen, and then at the top select Controls or Keybinds .. it will show you all the current keybinds

That's why I suggested using Smoke Grenades to practice using the keys .. What I wrote last is how to find the keys, not the keys to press to throw grenade.

That's why I suggested using Smoke Grenades to practice using the keys .. What I wrote last is how to find the keys, not the keys to press to throw grenade.

FOR ME, it's unpin with grenade in your hand with LEFT MOUSE CLICK, then is PRESS G ONCE, ( wait for your characther to move the right arm upwards in a throwing position ) then HOLD LEFT MOUSE CLICK for 1 second or 2 and LEAVE IT.

Of course you can practice this without having to unpin the grenade, practice practice, because it's 100% easy to get killed by your own grenade if you do not know how to throw it correctly.

Tossing a GRENADE (not smoke grenade) without unpinning it, won't make it blow up, so you can practice like KC76 says anyway.

When you are ready, unpin it first like I said.

Grenades weigh anywhere from 0.25 to 0.4KG, if you can't find a smoke grenade practice with full or partially eaten food cans. It's all about holding the left click like the guy above me said cuz if you don't you'll throw it way too close and blow yourself up.

Just try some decent community servers man being on PC but playing 100% on official is like keepin yourself locked up in a cage on the same level as PS4 limitations.
