Server shutting down without notice

I just want to know why there was no system server restart notification, and then I was kicked out of the server.

I literally killed a well-equipped player at the Tisa military base half a minute before the servers crashed and happily went to loot, you should have seen my face when I realized that I wouldn't be able to take anything from him anymore. And judging by everything, I won't even be able to log into the game for the next couple of hours

All the ones I play do (DE servers usually)

will have to agree, i have never seen a restart notification for anything other than modded servers. now a server can stll be full vanilla, but the setting can still be changed. example, vanilla there is stamina, but you can change/tweak the settings to give no stamina loss for running, but still uses stamina loss for jumping and/or heavy attacking. so amybe there is a setting to turn off/on vanilla notifications?
