Mosin wall penetration
How well can mosin penetrate solid wall?

I was in Berezinho in streets, when this sniper strated sniping me. Hit me but I managed to escape and hid in the building. Staris looked like safe place so I've crouched there, healing. Then the sniper fired like 30 rounds to the wall! But he didn't harm me, I am not sure however he was shooting exactly to the place were I was.

hmm wel i gues because its a sniper with 7.62mm bullet. Some bullets can penetrate walls and like those ghost zombies going through walls so can bullets ;)
houses are not safe atm but i think they will fix that in the future

Does this mean 7.62 round don't penetrate solid walls? Which rounds do? Anyone with any experience?

It depends on what matereal you are shooting through.

i think the 7.62mm rounds are the most powerfull atm . didn't find any better

My Mosin here at home will go through concrete blocks shooting at 3600 feet per second with a steel core bullet. In game penetration would be nice though.

I don't think walls in general stop bullets in this game. I certianly don't trust them any more.

its in fact verry realistic. a 7.62mm bullet can go trough walls even at more then 1000 meters. Watch on youtube those army guys are insane. Even a guy did a kill with a M24 that has a effective range of 500meters he killed at more then twice the distance.

I love my Mosin. And to be able to buy sealed tins of 880 rounds for $250 makes it even better. The 7.62x54r is typically an armor piercing round. As [2014IFS]thunder said above, the videos on youtube of the Mosins are awesome. 600 meter shots with iron sights... ohhhh weee.

Conclusion: Solid walls aren't penetrated by mosin. Don't waste trying it.

I tried on several surfaces and not a single bullet from a single weapon in this game penetrated anything. Which is strange, because I have been killed through walls many times most of them were from bambis with M4s who doesn't seem to have the need to reload. So there is no answer to OPs question.

The StG44 actually stood for the AK47 and many other Infantry Godfather.
It was in his time the most modern assaultrifle that there was.

And now WITHOUT BEING A NAZI .......... in the armored vehicles Germany was a leader at that time (Panther, Tiger etc.).
I also hope not to have to remember that the modern jet or even the rockets NASA on German developments are a result?

Germany has not lost the Second World War due to poor technique or poor soldiers ........ it has quite simply lost the war due to lack of resources.
