But they dont want ruined things repaired, and it seems "worn" is probably going to be the max condition you can repair anything to...
They are also thinking about a sort of transparent competence system. (the more you do things the better you becomes and better item condition you can reach)
It does matter, a weapon with pristine attachments will be more accurate at long distances, the spread will be lower. There's a video on youtube showing it.
