ESP HACKERS ?

I don't now for sure but last 3 times i got killed they where like waiting for me around the corner.
Also some players must have a 6'th sense, cause wen i am realy hidden and make no noise some players do find me ...not by accident..more like there you are BLAM BLAM.

Just for fun google DayZ standalone hacks....the forums on this sites are almost as busy as this one. People are even willing to pay for hacks...
I think it's the most lame thing to do at online gaming.
people that hack should get there internet blocked...or at least have no more then a 2mb internet acount on there ip adress.

Unfortunately, an ISP cannot limit someones paid account based on what they do in a video game, hacking in video games is not illegal. Things like pirating a video game is, but not hacking. Thats why there is 3rd party utilities like Battleeye and VAC, those things don't ban an IP though, just the code added to the game files to authenticate the user to the game.

I agree it is quite taboo to hack games to get an edge, and even question the sanity of people who play games to troll, hack, grief, or just downright act like d0uchebags. When I play, i've hunted and stalked alot of people, everytime, I catch them fully geared with the gun on their back. Each time I scare the ♥♥♥♥ out of them, but I spare them their lives. I can be within a 20 foot radius of you, having a half dozen oppurtunities to put you down, but i'll always talk to you first and send you on your way. I dont need cheats to do this, people generally have bad situational awareness, and with the right amount of patience, no one, not even a group of "snipers" can put you down. Situational and enviromental awareness will never let you down in a fire fight like a buddy of yours can.

Best situation , just a few minutes ago. Were 5 ppl running up to cherno from balota and are near the factory on the coastside. Randomly teammate tells me hes dead, i hear a mosin shot turn around and the last thing i see is all of us dead before my screen turns black. Didnt even took 1 sec xD

Like virus software, the definitions or codes, have to be updated and implemented to reflect and stop the particular hack, if the hacker is good at hiding it, it may take longer to detect. Not to mention it is next to impossible as a server owner to detect who individually is hacking. There is a few things to look for, but not a definative solution.

But you are just making it easier for them. Not to mention if some wannabe-hacker stumbles upon this thread....

As if the "People that don't want this to show up on this forum could be the ones using it" isnt accusing enough.

Also you could just provide the link to the video to the devs. (Via send email or anyother way)

Sorry, i was merely refering to the individuals who hack, looking at this thread. I tagged his post to highlight a situation where the victims may have had a better chance, if assuming who shot them was hacking.

It dosn't help that we can not see players names in game.
you never will now who killed you...so reporting is usseles.

Hackers could kill this game before it gets his final release.
To me the fun off playing this game is gone .
