CMAG vs STANAG?
Which is better, or is there no difference at all?

I wonder that myself. I find so many variations of mags for the M4A1 and couldn't tell any difference.

They are magazines, all magazines are inherently the same unless one holds more bullets, if a magazine fits in a gun and is the right caliber then it will generally work.
