i have one but keep getting message "cannot load material file dz/charter/head gear/1data/militaryberet.rvmat" press okay goes away, doesnt seem to mean anything. Berets are cool added this to bug forum as well...

The blue one looks best but really what is the point running around with something like this ingame if it gives away your position and offers no protection?

There should be a social slot of sorts where this could go.
