Please will someone help me? the 0xc000009a error

I know this must have something to do with the security issues as I was infected with some malware (at least that is what I am assuming regarding the "Unknown User" that had special access to my C drive.
I changed system and admin to full access and have verified that the access works. I can run other steam games, I can run any and every game except DayZ. Before you respond please note the following:
I have verified mod integrity through DZSA Launcher.
I verified game integrity along with 182gb of mods.
I uninstalled all mods and repeated the first two steps.
I uninstalled DZSA Launcher.
I out right uninstalled DayZ.
I Installed a fresh copy to a new drive.
I Installed DZSA launcher again.
I received the same error!!!!
So i repeated ALL THE STEPS ABOVE JUST TO BE THOROUGH.
Installed the game back to the SSD/secondary storage device the game (when working) was originally installed to.
I disabled my antivirus and firewall.
Re-installed DZSA launcher.
Cleared my registry for Battle Eye, DayZ, and the DZSA and Vanilla Launcher.
REPEATED THE ABOVE STEPS IN ORDER ONCE AGAIN.

THE ERROR STILL PERSISTS STATING in the BattleEye log with the Vanilla Launcher that two .dll files (dx3d11_43.dll and XiInput.dll) were being blocked. I checked and verified full access to my system32 folder. I then verified these files hadn't been tampered with and that full access for application files had access.

I STILL HAVE IT!

Please for the love of god help me fix this because it has been two days which likely add up to 12+ hours of troubleshooting (i'm an IT tech ffs!) and I somehow cannot solve it.
Will repeat the above steps all over again and then post screenshots of it all.

Try connecting thru a diffrent internet source.
For example via a mobilehotspot from your phone.

Just to make sure its not related to your ISP.

Have you tried to manually delete your DayZ folder that is located in your documents?
even if you "clean uninstall" DayZ, the folder in Documents remains untouched. And sometimes that folder is causing problems.

I have. that was the last thing I tried before coming here because I thought I could fix this.

The workshop files were on a separate disc when it was working and I've since changed this but it's still showing up as C in the errorlog. So I copy and pasted the mods to the the directory and still nothing.

Go verify integrity AGAIN and restart.

im gonna just reinstall everything again cuz i'm deleting any folder that has "dayz" in it including the (including battleEye)

o it doesnt look like its a DayZ specific problem...
its a pretty common thing after a maleware attack... quite a few people are reporting similar things after a malicious software took control.

im just gonna give you things that people reported as a potential fix for it.


What some people have reported is, that for some reason the sleepmode is causing those kind of problems. Try disabling that and then reboot your system. You can do that via the console. powercfg.exe /hibernate off

it could also be that your Ram got borked.... Try monitoring your ressources while you boot up DayZ. If it spikes we might have already found the problem. If that doesnt detect anything funny do a stresstest with Memtest86 +.

Next you should try to defragmentate your Storage.
I am sure you know how to do that.


it could also be.... and i personally doubt that.... That you have problems with the Hardware itself... dust in the system, corrosion, yada yada causing problems. Try giving your system a deep clean and check the contacts.



If all of this doesnt help, your best bet is a clean install of Windows.
