i prefer the smersh, carrier is a turd to find all the parts for, plus you have to get it from the prison. smersh spawns almost every guard house with the backpack near.

Plate carrier. It offers better protection. After all your health is more important than storage capacity.

Whatever I can friggin find ! Also Plate carriers do not really protect you any better than any other chest rig in the game, unless that got changed recently.

As of 0.57 the plate carrier offers no more protection than any other vest. And if you're a lone wolf, storage capacity can be very important.

I always go for the High Capacity Vest myself, if I can find one.

It is wonderful for storing an MP5 in.
