AK-74 attachments, which are good?

Are these cosmetic or do they actually affect the weapon?

Which are the ones I should be looking for? I look them up on the wiki but they dont have any stats.

I think the buttstocks are cosmetic, the only handgaurd theat matters is the one with rals because you can use that to attach a flashlight. Other than that you want an appropriate silencer, and whichever optic you prefer (PSO or Kashtan).

Ya i got the silencer i keep looking for a pristine kashtan. Alot of them seem to spawn damaged.
