AKM is it broken?

I got the AK, with some badly damaged parts, but still i dont think its sepose to jump around when u aim it? And second fo all. with the sniper scope for AK, why is it supported and not bipod? Do they get theyr own bipod later on?

which scope goes on the AKM?
As for jumping around on aiming, mine doesn't do it at all. Is really off if u try to hip shoot though
