found two of them in Tisy, i dont know if they work as a mine or just as a bomb, because as soon as you place one on the ground, the game gives you a detonator, that you can click.

Easy place is the big industrials. eg. The Power station on Livonia which is fun because lots of people used to try to build bases there or the nearby castle and now they are easy to raid.
