Yes if you log out while unconisous you die. Same for when you are restrained i think.

I was unconcious once for about 20 minutes and then the server restarted. when I came back in I was unconcious for a few more minutes and then woke up. never died. Not sure if the server restarting caused that to be different but that was only a few weeks ago

my friend tried an epipen and it didnt work...

you need to get your blood above your shock, or just get more blood in general, force feed you food water get to healthy status you will awake if you have been bandaged , if not i hope you got a blood bag with your own blood, or hope you have a friend online to saline you, if not then R.I.P

He can try giving you saline or blood (as long as you get the correct type). Might speed up the process.
