Glow plugs, where do they spawn?

I have spent two whole days trying to find them and in that time I have found 18 truck batterys.
6 tire repair kits and 3 jerry cans!

I am sick of standing on them...

Ok the places I have found them (and they are no use to me) have been in the small sheds in villages, usually the sheds with the closeable door in the centre of the long wall.

They are out there - seen three today.

any industral spawn points can spawn truck parts.
so basicly, if you can find a hard hat there, you can find truck parts

Cars have been back in stable for a while now.
