pc server requirements

Hello guys i am playing with thought of buying some components i dont already have and build some ,,cheap,, but good enough pc....server....so i can run my server on it because right now i am like 3rd month on pingperfect.com where u can rent server but it is very basic i would say. In the past i had many issues with mods or performance so i am wondering if this build below would be enough to run server with max 30 players with about 30 mods that still arent that performance heavy on server. Like i said i already have some components

ryzen 5 2600 6 core CPU - maybe even 4 cores could do it

16gb of 2666mhz RAM - 2x8gb sticks ***already have***

GIGABYTE H510M H - motherboard

EVGA 750W Bronze PSU - ***already have***

some SSD's and maybe HDD's - dont really know if i can use SSD for game server and also HDD for storage or i need to buy one high capacity drive either SSD or HDD

+fans, case...not sure if I need GPU to run server

for server:
cpu singlecore speed in general for server performance, and for bi games ram speed also matters. disk should be ssd or m2.

How many gigs of storage do u recommend for SSD

Your os + gb of games/mods you like to host + reserve gb. A second disk for backups is also nice to have (if not using a secure raid).
Try to get a cpu with high singlecore speed.
