It's hilarious how people are prepared to spend hours complaining about a map that costs as much as a takeaway meal that they don't have to buy anyway. Time's not worth a lot to some people I guess.

What you got as "compensation" for your Livonia purchase, was the "Deluxe" upgrade, which includes the DayZ Soundtrack, and some DayZ desktop wallpapers, located in your Dayz\Deluxe folder.

It's the same in both currencies. Steam prices are often based on regions, not conversion rates.
