Charcoal does nothing. Curing a full-blown cholera will require 8 multivitamin pills, or 5 tetracycline pills, or about 3 of both when taken concurrently. The pills need to be taken in a row, a new pill always right after the previous one has worn off. Too long breaks without any pill active will just negate the progress you've made.
If you have the meds to cure it, don't eat or drink because you'll contaminate the food and water and then make your situation worse by ingesting it.
Wound infection does not make you puke, hence you have a second condition. Could be Cholera from drinking dirty water (maybe out of a bottle you found). Or salmonella from eating rotten food. Both require different medication. I cant remember if salmonella makes your vision blurry though.
When taking medication only take one pill at a time. Cure one condition and then cure the next. Eat and drink in small amounts to avoid puking. A warm fire is always a good place to recuperate, if possible.
Good luck survivor. Learn from your mistakes and you will live longer lives.
the blurry vision would be their advanced stage of infection in this case.
