Which Mushroom Is Good To Eat?

I found 2 different types of mushrooms; red pine mushroom and parasol mushroom. Do I get sick if I eat them? Which mushrooms are deadly and which are not ?

they are all good to eat.
but im hoping that they include some poisoned ones in the game in the future. they had that with the berries before the engine change. not sure if some mushrooms were poisoned too.

All mushrooms are safe to eat and can be cooked, just don't eat the rotten ones.

I too wish they'd have mushrooms that might offer better nutrition but would be poisonous unless prepared properly. Maybe have some weird trippy effect also...like inverted colors or something.
