I manage a nitrado server, and I would have liked to know
how to speed up the night

in your server cfg:

serverTimeAcceleration=2; // Accelerated Time (value 0-24)// This is a time multiplier for in-game time. If set to 24, the time would move 24 times faster than normal, so an entire day would pass in one hour.

serverNightTimeAcceleration=3; // Accelerated Nigh Time - The numerical value being a multiplier (0.1-64) and also multiplied by serverTimeAcceleration value. Thus, in case it is set to 4 and serverTimeAcceleration is set to 2, night time would move 8 times faster than normal. An entire night would pass in 1,5 hours.

question: is it possible to deactivate diseases?
another question: i want less zombies, what should i put in maxcount?

the zombie max count in globals.xml is the general count of infected n the whole map.
if u want to edit the infected spawns, u gotta go thru the zombie_territories.xml file and edit those lines to your liking:

smin="6" smax="8" dmin="5" dmax="8"

smin/smax are the static ones - they always there
dmin/dmax are the dynamic ones - they only spawn if players around

this file has hundreds of infected spawns - so its a lot to edit - make sure to make a backup file before editing.

maybe theres some editor or a mod to make editing this files easier. personally i went thru every single line on my own server...

u cant deactivate diseases. but i wouldnt wonder if there's a mod for that.

i dont know what u mean.
u mean the starting gear for freshspawns? u can control that in the init.c file, but its a bit more complicated.
