Can't Respawn on community servers

Official works fine. But any community server, I cannot respawn. Just a black screen. Anyone encounter this before?

Are you respawning from Dead, or from Uncon?
-Known bug for respawning from Uncon, server owner may have disabled the function as a temporary fix.
