No snow on Namalsk anymore

Did the update also broke the snow on Namalsk? It's simply not snowing anymore.

Well, good to know it's not on my end then. I guess it's a compatibility problem with the new snow particles in the DLC then. I hope the namalsk dev can fix this asap and add the particles to the map.

Uh oh. So …. Supposedly Namalsk is getting an overhaul to work with the 1.26 updates…..is that already implemented?! I haven’t played anything aside from Sakhal since the drop.

I didn't noticed anything except the fact that there is no snow anymore but tbh this is the first time for me as an admin on my Namalsk server, before that i only hosted chernarus servers. But i also noticed that it's getting dark extremely early. It's 16:00 on the server and the sun almost completely disappeared. What i also noticed is that you can't set the overcast to more than the half. I wanted to see how the SkyZ mod looks on Namalsk. I already saw that while an EVR that the clouds were pretty dark which looked really cool but i am not able to set the overcast more than half manually.

Dude. Part of my only hatred of Namalsk is the super long nights. Isn’t “normal” default setting like dark at 6pm and like pitch-black night until 7-8am?!? That’s a crazy long time to wait out if you don’t have any sort of light source.

i just love the appeal. namalsk is great imho.
day and night time cant be default though. i prefer my nights to be shorter aswell

I wouldn't worry too much, since Sumrak has the knowledge of the Official-game code-base, he should be able to update Namalsk in a reasonable amount of time.

It seems he updated the init.c which is necessary for the weather plus snowfall. I will test it. Thanks!
