Interestingly, Boat spawns do not even have an A (compass direction degrees) value, just X and Z coordinates.
Edit: as an aside, I am always confused why they use Y as the Vertical axis. Being from a Machinist background, and technically trained in old school G code (as well as CAD and 3D Modeling programs), X and Y axis are always fore-aft, and left-Right on a Horizontal plane, with Z axis being the Vertical dimension .. using Y as the Vertical always messes with my head.
Edit2: After reading my own words, I can see the Y being vertical if one were looking at a Map on the wall, rather than a Map laying flat on a table.
