Sounds like a modded server because that is not possible in vanilla.

I think to dismantle a green house you need a screwdriver? try a few tools.

Hi,
There is no way to dismantle a greenhouse or debuild a gardenplot in dayz.
Gardenplots dont have a huge cleanup time, so if you build a gardenplot at a bad position it will be despawn after some days -If you dont interact with the gardenplot anymore- .

Plenty of modded servers allow you to place greenhouses perhaps I should have mentioned that but I felt that was kind of implied since by default you can't.
