The 5600x is not a bad cpu imo. Sure there are better on the market now but it should be fine for dayz. What gpu do you have?

Now i recently upgraded my GPU RTX 4060 TI 8 GB Zotac. CPU i have amd Ryzen 3600 XT. so im thinking to update my CPU 5600x .i saw there is vert less difference 5600x and 5800x . 5600X good for gaming and value for mone . how much Fps boost can i get from Amd ryzen 5 5600x . now im getting 90 sometimes fps drop..

Sorry I misunderstood. So you have a 3600xt now and want to upgrade to a 5600x? That would give ~20% better performance I would guess others might have a better idea.

honestly i can run really well on a ryzen 5 3600 and gtx 1660 super (when i had my 1660, now i got a 3060)

What resolution and settings do you run? 2560x1440x32? You might be able to tweak some stuff to raise your fps.
Edit: The increase in view distance in this current patch has reduced fps for some people. Maybe you could reduce that and try.

I'm an IT Professional. Here's a tip: upgrading the CPU usually involves upgrading the motherboard.

I have a clunky old Ryzen7 3800X 8
Not the best but it does the job ok.
And, not that expensive.
