Sure? I think VSync limit the FPS to the Hz of your Monitor. In my case 144 FPS...
Though I'd be very impressed with you getting anywhere near 144 fps on DayZ, even half that is bloody good.
When i have 60 Fps and it still try to go higher (Not in a city), my graphiccard will die^^
Must be some processor, the I7 4790k is one of the best you can get.
I have an I7-4790k, but i mean: When it comes to more than 60 Fps, then i don't want that the system will run with more that 60 FPS in DayZ! So i asked, if i can limit it in the config or in the launch options.
