How to use the gun holster in my plate carrier

You have to complete the vest first, find the attachable pouches and then just drag your gun onto the vest. You may need to place items in the vest so the gun won't fit into the normal inventory of it.

put it on, and drag the handgun to holster...I don't have one in .59, but that is how it worked in previous patches...or maybe put gun in holster first, then attach holster to carrier...the last time I used one (early .58) both methods worked...what is happening when you try?

You "should" be able to use just vest w/holster w/o attachable pouches much the same as a chest holster, which would eliminate the gun going into the pouch inventory, and attach pouches after gun is in the holster...at least you could before .59.

Yeah, it still works like that, only thing at the moment is that when you add a flash light to your pistol you cannot add it to the holster, it's bugged.

Thank you for all the asnwers guys, I do have a flashlight attached to my pistol and my pouches aren't full too =p

With -newui you have to drag it on vest and choose "add as attachment". Flashlight might be the problem. Couldn't add a gun with flashlight to regular gunholster on experimental. After removing the light it worked.
