My understanding, is that we will be getting another v1.25 patch, and v1.26 will drop when the Frostline DLC is ready for retail release.
But these wipe only apply to official servers? Does the patch require all servers to wipe?
Great.
The devs have recommended wiping on some occasions though. For example when lots of new items are added to the game, or when the terrains are changed.
Yussss! The fact that someone could feed you human meat through the back of your head was awful.
"Survivors,
We are aware of certain exploits across various platforms.
In response, we are rolling out Patch for 1.25 to address these issues. This patch will enforce a comprehensive reset on all Official servers, including:
PC: Character wipe
Console: A full wipe of both maps and characters
We appreciate your understanding as we work towards enhancing the fair play of our game.
Thanks for the many reports to our feedback tracker"
we dunno when 1.26 hits experimental.
however - most community servers wipe every few months anyway, so with a big game update a wipe is most certain.
