Livonia DLC will be free for everyone

The 1.25 experimental just released for public testing, and once it hits the stable version, Livonia ceases to exist as a paid DLC, because it will be merged with the base game.

Frostline DLC free for Livonia DLC purchasers

The upcoming Frostline DLC will be made available for FREE to any DayZ player who has previously purchased the Livonia DLC. We do this out of a profound appreciation for our initial playerbase who supported us and financially aided our development.

Over 188,000,000 dollars in net revenue (640,000,000 gross revenue). All made on the backs of early players who paid for stuff.
Devs can choose to ignore that - or reward those players with a relatively insignificant (monetary value) token of appreciation. Totally up to them on how they want to be perceived in the public eye.

Livonia is rubbish. Move on with your lives. I paid for it. It was relatively cheap considering life in general. I've played a couple of times and won't anymore. It's not very good, the map has issues. It's not the 1st time I've bought something rubbish... best to let things slide and be happy in life.

That argument is pretty senseless since 99% of all servers using ingame maps and i am sure that most people who never owned Livonia knowing the map anyway since it's a Map from Arma plus there are tons of Youtube videos and screenshots. I really doubt that there is not any person out there who never saw Livonia atleast once.

... I´ve never been there, never seen it. Except it was also a map in Operation Flashpoint, but i don´t think so. Only thing i know: there are wolves and bears... damn, i don´t want to be near a bear, only at the zoo xD

Twitch Prime gives out some pretty good rewards, but you either have to pay for it or have an Amazon Prime subscription
