Static (permanent) gas locations will not move you to any safe location at login. (see map of Rify boat there are no spots marked for relocation).

If you log into a Dynamic gas zones the game will move you to safe locations.

I'd have to test that to verify, but there is a normal Spawn location near Rify, as close as the Safe Zone near Pavlovo (both Static and Dynamic zones at Pavlovo). I don't ever remember having been respawned in either Pavlovo or Rify Static zones after a server/game crash, or accidental log out inside the zones.

Just confirmed. Logged out in Rify at the Ship, logged back in and was teleported to south west of the NEAF and got the "you've been moved" message.

That must be a new change. I remember back in Nov I went to the Rify ship with full NBC, looted it, logged out in the gas, logged back in hours later to loot again and repeat. It always kept me where I logged off on official 1pp

That settles that. That is a long distance to be teleported. I would be pissed.

They did not change a thing, you won't get teleported on official, you have to reconnect to the same server you logged off on. This is not very hard to test for yourself, just sacrifice a Berezino or Svetlo spawn for testing. Run to the ship, run inside, log out, leave the server, log back in and see for yourself. You won't get teleported as freshie or with a suit, you will just log back in to the place you were at when you logged off..... You did not get teleported in the past and you don't get teleported now.

^this is correct. unless u server hop maybe on official servers.

Do it again, while on the ground, on top of one of the camo shipping containers, where the ship is broken, and actually IN the gas cloud.

Edit: After looking again, I do see blood damage on the 2nd and 3rd shots, Curious why no blood damage on the first screen shot (which is what I went by when I said you're not in the gas).

I wouldn't be so generous with the whole facepalm thing if i was you... I hit the Esc button on the first pic to show the server i was on, there is no hud if you do that. But if you look really hard you can see the cuts on the screen. The pics were taken IN the gas cloud, and i did a first test on the ground level with the same results, just no pics. How about you do the same for a change and show us how you get teleported... and pls if you don't record it, hit Esc before and after you relog, so that i can see that you are still on the same server. If you take screenshots be a dear and go with the timestamp thing, it makes the process more transparent.
