Almost every gaming keyboard/mouse (e.g. logitech) has macro software for this kind of thing.

I'm about to give you some knowledge that will help you as a PC gamer for every game, not just DayZ. Hold the key/keys you wanna hold then open the xbox game bar (Windows Key + G), release those keys, then close the xbox game bar. Boom. It will hold whatever key you're pressing forever. The Discord overlay also kind of works for this but it will only work while the overlay is up. Once it's closed, it will continue holding the button for about half a second. You can catch it during this time so it doesn't let go of your input. If you do the xbox game bar trick before using Discord overlay, you can forget about that quirk.
