Ate human meat, became sick

So I was almost dying of starvation, and the only food I had was human meat, and I ate it. It said I was nauseous and now I have a yellow bar that says ''sick''. What do I do?

Seriously, that is the only way to live. Force people to give you saline at gunpoint. Since you're infected already, you might as well shoot them and then eat them too. A very dark path.

Hell I'd go and drink gasoline too. It'd be hilarious getting as sick as possible and trying to survive it by spamming saline.

OP, surviving any sickness is possible, but you need to stay fully hydrated and energized. If you don't, you die. Given your starving state, you're probably dead anyways. Probably best to kill yourself and spawn back fresh. You CAN survive it. Without blood transfusions or saline. But you MUST stay fully hydrated and energized.
