If you want loot, you have to go find it, it will not come to you. (New loot will not spawn if you are sitting on a spot waiting to farm the good stuff)
any time , i heard its 8 hours ??
Every Item has it's own "Lifetime", ranging from 3 seconds to 45 days (dependent on the item).
-examples: Dynamic Events have a 3 second "lifetime" of their "spawn trigger". Once "triggered", the items that spawn at Dynamic Events each have their own "lifetime" timers
--A metal barrel has a "lifetime" of 45 days. Once it spawns, it will exist in that spot for 45 days, or until someone takes it. this "lifetime" will also reset to another 45 days each time you interact with the barrel.
Once that item is taken, there is (or may be) a "Restock" timer that tells the item how long to wait before respawning a new item of that type, anywhere on the map.
Examples: There is only ONE SVD sniper Rifle on the map as "loot" at any one time, it has a "lifetime" of TWO hours, and a "restock" timer of ONE hour .. If someone picks up the SVD and takes it, another SVD will NOT spawn for ONE hour after. If no-one picks up that SVD, it will despawn after 2 hours, and respawn again somewhere else.
The third factor, is Player Distance: Most items will not respawn when a Player is within 1000 meters of where that items spawn point is. So if you are trying to "Loot Cycle", you have to take about 2 hours, and travel over 1000 meters from the area before the "good loot" will respawn again, making exploiting the "loot cycle" less attractive of an option.
Have a look at WOBO's videos on YT .. in them you can see visually what various Spawn Point's "spawn radius" are much better than I can explain briefly.
-The Spawn Point configured on the Map defines the radius of that spawn point.
--Items do not define the size of the spawn point radius.
There are also other factors involved in "counting" how many of an item exists, such as if you are possessing the item (hands or inventory), or if it is "on the Map", or if it is "in storage" (Hoarding) ..
So, if you pick it up, it is not "on the Map" anymore, it is in your Inventory .. if you hold it long enough for the Restock timer to expire, another will spawn .. If not, and you drop it, it is now "on the map" again, and if the "Count" is below Maximum, it will stay. If the "Count" is above maximum, one of those items will despawn somewhere, but not the ones within 1000 meters of players, unless all of that type item is withing 1000 meters of some player
That still working? Man devs just totally dropping the ball on economy.
