Yes, excellent point, it's a LG OLED C1 with G-sync and set to 120hz.
Worth noting, every other game is tight and I turn on the G-sync indicator when first setting up a game to ensure it's connected correctly.
Also, what I would expect, vsync should be off in the game so that g-sync can do it's work. I just mentioned what I had tested as this standard was not working.
I had just updated... I am not sure the exact version before. Happened with both. Is there a specific Nvidia driver version that works without screen tearing?
Roll back one version, if not fixed, roll back one more, and so on, until you find the one that works.
