Game freezing constantly
So, I've always played on official servers, never had a problem with fps, lag or something, everything worked fine and I was having fun.
Yesterday I installed some mods to try a Comunnity server, it asked me to add like 10 mods or smt like that, I logged in and spawned, the map was Namalsk, it looked great until I tried to start walking, at the moment I press anything like WASD the game freezes and it unfreezes when I stop trying to move.
Everything's seems fine while I'm standing, my camera movement is smooth as always, I get 60+ fps all the time, it just drops to 0 whenever I try to start walking.

I've tried uninstalling the mods from my Steam Library which I succesfully did and I tried playing again on Official servers, in Chernarus, and it seems that the problem now is there
too, with no mods, so that wasn't the problem.

Any solution to this?

Typically this is caused by using an older hard drive switch to an ssd and it will solve most of your problems
A 4th generation i5, 8gb of ram and a GTX1050. I use Normal settings with a few things off like Ambient Oclussion. As I said I wasn't having performance problems until now. And yes I have everything on an HDD, but it is usual of it to start failing out of nowhere?

Yes, that's like the first thing I thought of.

Check resource manager while game is running. I bet that 8gb of ram is tapped out. You really should at a bare minimum, double that.

8gb RAM could indeed be the culprit, especially considering the fact that the game requires more RAM with each update and every mod you add.
too bad that the issue persists on official, though...something has to be set off by adding the mods.
did you also manually delete the DayZ folder under AppData before verifying files?
as a workaround you could also try increasing the virtual memory on your system.

Yeah I've noticed that ram is almost everytime at 100% while playing, it never affected my perfomance though, seems like the CPU and the GPU both handle the game just fine, still I'm planning to get 16gb as soon as posible for me.

No I didn't, does it change anything deleting that folder before verifying files? And I increased virtual memory for other games where I've experienced bad performance by the lack of ram, it should still be increased as I didn't touch it.

Now I've uninstalled the game, I'll try reinstalling it and see if it works.

Maybe try a different modded server. My machine is pretty powerful, and some of those weird mods even make mine 'act up' once in a while.

Yeah could've been those mods, although if reinstalling the game works I think I'll keep my game in official just for the bad experience I had lol

So reinstalling the game didn't solve the problem. Just to mention, when I open the game it also opens BattlEye as usual but it keeps showing this message:

Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\System32\CoreUIComponents.dll".

It's pretty strange and I don't think so but could be that causing the problem? It also didn't happen to me before it.

there's a BE folder and a data cache folder located in the AppData folder.
for a complete clean reinstall it's recommended to delete that folder too, but you might lose your characters by doing this.

i dunno what's causing this but it seems your Antivirus (or something else) is blocking the loading of a required DLL.

Even though showing its age my 3.4 ghz i7 Potato Win7, SSD raid zero from 2011 is still running strong and runs DayZ with no issues. But with that said its getting replaced before end of this year.

I tried starting the game with my antivirus off and the same happens.
