What sickness do i have and how do i cure it?

I accidentally ate something with blody hands and now my guy keeps grunting but my health doesnt sink. First i thought it was Salmonella but i took almost every pill (Not all at once) except for Vitamins (havent found any yet) and it just dosnt want to go away. Also my guy seems to sweat alot even if he isnt warm. And he vomits every time i dont carefully take small sips and bites.

What the hell kind of sickness do i have and how do i finally cure it?

And you are taking more than one. When the med expires and you are still sick you have to take another dose.

YOU CAN CURE EVERY DISEASE WITH MULTIVITAMINS!

The only time you can not cure your disease with multivitamins, is when u used a dirty rag. Then you need tetras.
