I placeed a cement mixer in my base and im not happy with where i placed it how do i pick it up so i can move it.

There is no cement mixer in the base game.
If you play on a modded server, it's worth mentioning which mod adds the functionality you're having troubles with.
But it's even better to contact the mod authors or read the docs (if any).

chances are it will take either screwdriver or wrench to move it, but since unsure what server/mod you using then best to ask that server admin, other players or like stated above, check the mod page, it should have it there or you can ask that mod maker.

In fact I do believe it would be the wrench which "unpacks" the mixer allowing you to replace it
