Dayz 2023 worth

I want to know , is this game still worth playing at this time September 2023 . I played rust I like it but , rust community is toxic . Can I play Dayz solo ? Need suggestions. Should I buy this game or not guys ?? Help

no. not worth.
I came back after 6 month break without dayZ
had a normal 4 hour run on official DE server (1st person) then a hacker starts shooting me, playing with me, throwing nades, shooting the granade launcher, doing all sorts of things and has full control of where i am all the time. He just later killed me with one of the nades.

Dont play this game.

so you are ok with official servers of this game being full of cheaters?

Name any online multiplayer game not riddled with cheats? WoW? Eve? Perhaps a few. It's situation normal now, even brand-new games have awful cheating.

It was so bad in that minecraft shooter (I forget what it's called) I returned it, and I rarely do that.

Yeah thats the one! Seemed cool, but so many early issues. That cheat with folks spawning behind you was weird.

Every official server of every competitive online game has cheaters. Every single one and there is no way to prevend it, otherwise developers would happily do so.

For every cheat that gets added to the detection algorithms of anticheat software two new ones pop up which go undetected for a good while.

If you play official servers it´s on you, really. Every halfway smart person goes on a community server with active admins who deal with people who show suspicious behaviour. Disliking a game because of this all is just stupid.

i agree.. i used to be hardcore COD player back then wheh they allowed community servers, it was lots of fun, also hackers were cought quickly.. but nowadays go checkout any of cod servers.. people get 100 150 kills per game.. so yea compare to those dayz is angel.
