make sure that you stay well fed and warm and you won't have to worry about illness anymore.
Second tip: if you are hanging around a hospital or medical center, saline bag+IV start kit = saline drip bag and you can use that to both hydrate (give self infusion) and replenish any lost blood. You didn't used to be able to give yourself an infusion so that's pretty neat. If you are sick with cholera (and dehydrated), it won't trigger puking either. Cholera basically shrinks your stomach and any overfilling induces instant puking.
I will just echo that vitamins seem way more important than they used to be too... Ideally I would take the tetracycline and follow up with vitamins. They usually spawn in random civilian locations as opposed to hospitals though.
