Quick tips for AMD Radeon GPU's users.

(This "Guide" doesn't apply to the RX 6400 and 6500's because amd locked the overclock sessions for these gpu's)
1. Open your AMD Adrenalin panel
2. Go to the "Gaming" tab and click on DayZ
3. Choose "Tune Game Performance" it's the very next button after the big red "Launch Game" button
4. On this new menu, enable "GPU Tuning" and "Advanced Control" under GPU Tuning
5. Put your "Mininum Frequency" only 100mhz below your "Maximum Frequency"
6. Enjoy the game with SO MUCH less framedrops.

I'm getting around 100fps on Extreme@1440p with an RX 6750xt.

I'm on the 23.2.2 Driver running on Windows 11 x64 with this system:

AMD Ryzen 7 5700x
32GB 3600mhz Teamgroup
MSI Radeon RX 6750XT 12GB
SSD NVME SAMSUNG

Just wow, my 6600xt went from screaming with coilwhine with MSAA X4 enabled with serious stuttering to no coilwhine at all whilst MSAA X4 is on and running a lot more smoothly in gerneral, thank you so much!
