Do you know what regional servers mean? Who live further away, from what? Wtf you are saying xD Normal players play on their region servers and don't have problems.
You will have 200+ ping if you are dumb enough to play on server that are 7000km away from you. Or you have really bad internet. Both are your problems.
you just have to approach them from behind until you're in arm's length reach.
