Does it rain more in Livonia than in Chernaurus?

I enjoy this game and what it has to offer, except when it's raining, which is more often than not in Chernaurus, I've noticed. Rain is kinda annoying, forcing the player to go out of their way, stop for a while, start a fire, take off all their clothes, and sit in a building until the rain goes away. This makes exploring the map and heading north to get better loot extremely slow and difficult, sometimes taking several real world days to make it to loot hotspots in the north.

Now that Livonia is on sale, I've looked at the map, and it seems interesting to learn a new map over again and play in a different way. I'm aware this is a map that requires one to hunt their own food, be it mushrooms, apples, small or big game, fishing, etc. I already do that in Chernaurus since canned food is so rare, and am looking forward to that in Livonia. I'm just wondering if it rains more often there than it does in Chernaurus, since several of the advertisement videos for Livonia explicity states it's a temperate climate that gets an abnormal amount of rainfall. What are other players' experience with the map's rainfall and overall just experience in general?

Livonia has no tree fruit. Game, garden crops or mushrooms only. Livonia does get plenty of rain but it's been too long since I played Chenarus to know if it's about the same.

it doesnt, just not giving an answer how weather works in general.
people can ask where carbatteries spawn, i would tell them to look at industrial buildings, cos thats where they spawn in the vanilla game.
but yea... admins can make them spawn on helicrashsites only.
