GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1650 4gb VRAM
CPU: i5-10400f
RAM: 8gb (single-threaded)
cheers, told him to try it out and i'll report back in a few. he said he has already done a clean install of the drivers recently as he was having an issue with pretty much every game he was playing and after a fresh reinstall he got the issue fixed so i think he'll skip that step and go strictly for the power management thing, thanks alot! :)
GPU: RTX 4060
CPU: R5 7600X
RAM: 32GB
cpu usage is around 36 and gpu at 46 and it just doesn't move, literally the lowest settings possible ingame and in the files, and i'm getting around 90-120 on a deathmatch server on livonia, don't even get me started on the stuttering, game feels awful, literally the only reason why i don't main the game

any fixes? got very similar specs and same issues
Same issue here. Playing on Sakhal. At one moment, i can get 200 fps in the forest, but then it suddenly drops to 60-80 fps and stays in that range for the rest of the session. The game feels unresponsive and jittery, making it very unpleasant to play
CPU and GPU usage stay around 30-40%, and temperatures are low. I tried reinstalling the game and GPU drivers, set the max performance mode in nvidia settings, and experimented with low, medium, and high settings, but it didn’t make much difference
My specs:
RTX 4070 Super
i5 13400
32 GB RAM
2560x1440
I found a fix for me, put postprocess antialiasing and hardware antialiasing at high, this made my gpu work at 99% fixing the issue.
Have you looked in your BIOS to see if there are any settings in place to prevent usage from reaching a certain %? I had this issue when I got my most recent PC and just flipped a switch in BIOS and boom - problem solved. I don't remember more than that since this was a few years ago.
