Thanks man, appriciated.
As a fresh spawn:
1. When I spawn in as a freshy I go and find gravel, search and finally make stone knife (Only knife/ box opener and cutter you need, ever, dont pick up any knifes besides the military boot knife. That knife will not take up any other slots and can function as a backup)
2. Due to bug, find apple trees and start eating them till you get the stuffed message.
Apples give you plenty of food and water in no time!
3. Start the search for basic loot, as:
rope, burlap, or backpacks. Remember that when making a burlap backpack, you can make it bigger if you craft it with sticks after making the basic one with the rope and the burlap. (So you can start carry more with you)
4. Find clothes to rip up, when that is done, find a bush and get somes sticks and make a splint by combining you newly ripped rags and the sticks.
5. Continue search for loot, byt now you have hopefully found a jacket of some sorts so you can take of your shirt and combine it with the one pristine rag you have: Drag those 3 rags the number 3 hotbar, while the stone knife at number 1 hotbar. (Depending if you just have the loot mentioned above)
6. Now you have the basic, you are stuffed and can go on with getting the really good gear you need.
A bit of a sidenote to your question OP, but just wanted to give you some tips on how I do it. Maybe you know all this, but if not, it should be a usefull guidance I think :)
Good luck!
