i5 4570, 16gb ram, sli gtx 960 able to max out?

You own the game bump your settings then come back here and tell us. I would think that should be more than enough to run full settings.

What? I get 80-130 fps on 660 sli. If i turn one off its still 40 minimum in cities.

Runs fine. I get pretty much perfect scaling. Not quite, but close enough to 2x the fps

U wont play this game. Ur PC is too weak... recommended are
OS - Windows 7 / 8 / 10 64-bit
CPU - Intel Core i5-2300 or AMD Phenom II X4 940 or better
RAM - 4GB
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 or AMD Radeon HD 7750 with 1 GB VRAM or better + DirectX v11


ohhh wait u have like 4 or even 5 times better PC than recommended says... so enjoy ur 10fps :)
