Mouse click switched for left handed mouse

I use the inverted mouse buttons because I'm left handed. Some time has passed since I last played this game, I read about the new fps improvement so I jumped in but my mouse buttons are inverted to default when I'm in-game. This may sound small but it really is a gamebreaker for me and makes it really uncomfortable and counter-intuitive to navigate the menus. Please fix this if you can.
The fps were going crazy good tho, amazing job on that.

I've only just started playing after trying the game years ago and is it possible that this still isn't fixed? Is there a fix for that issue because it's starting to affect my RL mouse clicking. Thanks.

You can change inverted buttons in control panel click ESC in game goto controls in there.

By changing inverted buttons in control panel, do you mean Control Panel for your PC, or for DayZ? It would be a shame if a left-handed player had to change the mouse settings for EVERYTHING they do with their PC, just to be able to play DayZ. I've looked in the options for DayZ and cannot find any settings that allow for this. Is DayZ REALLY restricted to only right-handed controls???

I did that but only works for shooting and attack button. Menus are still right-handed
