Yes they very much are. You buy one and one ink refill and you are already up to the cost of a cheap laser jet printer that will last at least 3 times longer.
I have a better idea for all of you.
STOP PRINTING CRAP.
You don't need it and the world could really use your assistance not wasting resources on dumb crap like this.
Get a second monitor and if it is just as art maybe learn to have less and just live with that so we can all live a little healthier and cleaner.
The crap is ink and toner is poison. It isn't much I know to not print one or two things here and there but if a billion people don't it adds up. I know that no one gives a crap to listen to this sort of thing but whatever...
Thats the worst crap comment i've ever seen! So lets say a Billion people gets a second monitor, that adds up a billion more monitors to the already billion existing ones, that will increase electricity consumption, not to mention the resources it takes to build the monitors, pastic, glass ect.... When they eventually break they will add a pile of more ♥♥♥♥ to the landfields.
Paper is sustainable, it can be recycled and come from trees. To manufacture monitors you need petrol (platics)
I dont know about the printer you guys use, but is about 6 months im printing now and didnt run out of ink yet.
